More horse anatomy practice. Playing around with the idea of “if I had a STEED”. Yes this is what he’d look like. I’m just going to start calling him Seraph. 

Dragged out one of my anatomy books for some equine practice. Night sketching to counteract long study days. The second one is more of an “if I had my own steed” sketch. Skyrim horses had a hand in inspiration there.

Final redesign of Calisial (top) and Eteinstar (bottom) (who have also both been renamed!), formerly known as Crystal and Deathstar.

Calisial (“sah-lee-sial”) is derived from “Alisia”, a female name meaning “noble”. Eteinstar (“eh-teen-star”) is derived from “éteint”, the french word meaning extinct/dead. Though twins and both of royal blood, Calisial became direct heiress over her brother because she is slightly larger than he and bares a more dominant, elaborate horn structure.

The roommate & I have been having a Hitler/nazi themed movie weekend & I wanted some charcoal playtime to keep my hands entertained during Inglourious Basterds. While Hailey made play-doh penises and slapped me with them.

Tess and her Greater Etsa, Ziev, being investigated by a curious Lesser Etsa. Though the two species are closely related, Lesser Etsa are not domesticated; possible because they lack the sharp intelligence (and usefulness) of their larger cousins.
