Finished! —> [link] This scanner omg. It ate every single shade of purple from this and had half the pinks for dessert. This painting is much more appealing irl.
All I Need
Some much needed vent art, starring my fursona. I need some mothsies comfort
Maaajor WIP! I have a lot more layers to go on this one.
Ignite me, baby
Large scale, PG-rated painting WIP based off of my last sketch of Mic. Male nipples are my absolute least favourite thing to draw. They always feel remarkably awkward and poorly positioned, despite my best efforts. FUKK I just realized I forgot to draw his other arm. Too late now.
Testing the waters on Mic’s anatomy. Need to make his facial expression more believable before I do the base sketch for the real deal. Check out that Dydoe :o Scandaloussss
More Sky Whale Concepts
This time based off Bowhead Whales rather than Humpbacks. My last Sky Whale concept: [link]
Sketches for my bro —> [link] K time to do some “me” art.
Better Quality —> [link]
Sketch of my brother’s fursona: I corrected the skull sketch from last time: WIP base sketch for my next piece (the reason for all my skeletal studying): Ok posting the cover of my moleskin made me see how craptastic it was, so I redid it. Now with more coffee, vintage, sparkles, & alcoholic beverages:
Rhinoceros Beetle + Bison I finally designed a behemoth to be the food source for my night wyvern species! Well, this is the first concept of it, anyway. It’s trendy among artists to draw detailed, inspirational shit on their moleskin covers, so idk why I made a collage vomit of my favourite things instead. I scrapbook too much. It’s like a disease.
I’ve been milling over my anatomy books all evening, focusing on the skull and neck vertebrae. This is the final concept sketch for a BIG art project. I really need this critiqued! :( idk who to ask for anatomy advice on this, someone help me! I can already see a couple errors; I need to sleep on it.
BAM, BABY —> http://simkaye.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d4evvrb Used a whole pencil of charcoal on this. The emotion behind this piece is so dear to me; I could probably pull a whole soundtrack for it from my iTunes.
